It seems to have really gone crazy for all AT&T users with the 4.4 release, just like me.ģ. It is so widely reported that it is inconceivable that all of the carriers, and especially Samsung, are not aware of it.Ģ. ![]() You can find reports of it on all of the Android forums, as well as the forums of wireless carriers on every continent. ![]() This bug has been around since Day 1 of the Galaxy S5 being released. So, I did some Google searching on the topic, and a few things are clear:ġ. For some reason, in the last few weeks, the message has spiraled out of control and now I get it hundreds of times per day. This was extremely annoying as the message would pop up several times per day. ![]() I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 and like many, many other users, I started getting the "Check Battery Cover" message after the Android 4.4 update was forced by AT&T.
